Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting: general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll, expenses.
• Prepare and oversee monthly financial reporting and management reporting packages.
• Develop and maintain global sales and business performance reports.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting and monitor performance against budget.
• Perform financial analysis and build financial models to support decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of reporting.
• Support year-end audit and external reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand financial performance and provide commercial insight.
• Take ownership of ad hoc finance initiatives and projects; manage one direct report.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expenses, and related accounting activities.
• Prepare and oversee monthly financial reporting and management reporting packages.
• Develop and maintain global sales and business performance reports.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process and monitor performance against budget.
• Perform financial analysis and develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
