Job summary

The Role

We're looking for a Controller to own the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with no direct reports currently, but with real ownership from day one and real room to grow. You'll be the finance engine of the business: closing the books, owning payroll start to finish within Ceridian Dayforce, keeping cash flowing, and building out the financial model alongside our advisors. We're a tech-forward company and we're actively automating our AP and billing workflows in QuickBooks/Xero, so you should be excited about using modern tools to make finance faster and cleaner, not attached to doing things the old way.
