An independent engineering firm in Toronto is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. This permanent role requires 10+ years of contract management experience, preferably in Rail or large civil projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance, managing contract negotiations, and coordinating inputs from various stakeholders. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently. The position offers a hybrid work model with site visits as needed.

Currently, we are looking for a Contracts manager with a Rail engineering project background to join our team on a perm basis. This role is hybrid and may involve some site visits with our clients. This role will require 3 days per week in our 130 Adelaide street office.
The Contracts Manager ensures that proper contract procedures are implemented, administered and maintained in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and the specific project requirements. You will provide support to Design Engineers Project Managers, Project Director, Commercial Directors, Legal Counsel in all areas of contracts administration.
