Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a contract administrator to support Canadian operations. The role involves maintaining electronic contract tracking for new and existing contracts, coordinating with local coordinators to ensure branch compliance, and handling bonds and insurance certificates.

The position requires a post-secondary education in contract administration, proficiency in Excel, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Electronic Contract Tracking for new, existing and potential contracts.
  • Collaborate with local coordinators to ensure Canadian branch compliance in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process electronic and hard copy bonds and/or insurance certificates as needed.
  • Track and communicate new tenders to the appropriate branch.
  • Update prequalification information.
  • Coordinate third party claims internally.
  • Assist with contract audit requests.
  • Provide detailed contract information to branches as required.
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Post secondary education in contract administrative field would be considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively on a timely basis
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be proficient in excel and data entry
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and manage competing priorities
