Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a senior Sales Leader to drive service and repair sales across Canada, with on-site roles in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. You will lead strategy, oversee complex negotiations, and manage a high-performing team to grow market share and profitability.

You will partner with branches to strengthen sales bench strength, monitor KPIs and budgets, and analyze market data to forecast pipeline and guide pricing decisions. Travel ~25% across Canada and the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing required; master’s degree advantageous.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in a sales role.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to attract and retain talent.
  • Strategic thinking with deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% across Canada and the U.S.
  • French language is an asset.

  • Partner with branches and sales leadership to build sales bench strength and succession pipelines.
  • Analyze sales data, CRM insights and market trends to forecast results and manage pipeline health.
  • Support delivery execution by coordinating with operations and ensuring cohesive transitions.

  • Developing & implementing service & repair sales programs to grow market share, revenue & profitability, aligned with North America goals.
  • Overseeing significant bid strategies, contract approvals & complex negotiations to optimize profitable retention & conversions.

Team Development
  • Building & leading sales team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to grow capabilities.
  • Partnering with branch & sales leadership to build sales bench strength & succession pipelines.
  • Setting clear performance targets and objectives for the team, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback.
Commercial Excellence
  • Analyzing sales data, CRM insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, manage pipeline health and forecast results.
  • Partnering with operational teams to ensure cohesive transition for delivery execution.
  • Using TKE sales tools, processes and systems to drive transparency, accountability & efficiency.
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing valuable insights to guide product & service development, pricing, and marketing efforts.
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
