Full Job Description

B+H Architects is seeking a Contract Administrator, Healthcare, to join our healthcare team. We aim to lead in creating vibrant, inclusive communities across North America. The Contract Administrator, Healthcare, will work closely with leaders and project teams, overseeing communication, documentation, drawing submittals, contracts, schedules, and site functions. This is an on-site position at our project site in Halifax.

• Manage on-site contract administration services, acting as the primary contact between clients, contractors, and project managers.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to contract documents and safety codes; resolve deviations promptly.
• Prepare reports on project progress, construction, and detailing issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to deliver excellent client service and ensure project success.

Qualifications include postgraduate education in Architecture or Architectural Technology, a minimum of 7 years of experience in an architectural firm focusing on Revit projects and CA, and knowledge of industry standards and local codes. Certifications such as Construction Contract Administrator and LEED are assets. Additional skills in graphic software and 3D rendering are beneficial.
