Gerrie Electric Wholesale Ltd. in Mississauga is seeking an experienced sales professional to source, price, and confirm product availability while building strong customer relationships.

You will actively promote business through proactive calls, process orders efficiently, and work with Account Managers to provide accurate quotations and timely follow-ups. A proven sales track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ sales experience, preferably in electrical industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must have a proven track record in selling and driving results.

Responsabilités

• Address customer needs for sourcing, pricing, and availability.
• Grow and maintain customer relationships, including repeat business.
• Promote and increase business through proactive calls.
• Enter and generate customer orders efficiently in the system.
• Provide quotes, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Expedite orders and follow up on back orders.
• Process credits for defective products when needed.
• Support Counter Sales staff as required.

What you’ll be doing

• Promptly address customer needs with regards to sourcing, pricing, and availability of material
• Growing and maintaining relationships with customers (we have a lot of repeat customers)
• Promote and increase business through proactive calls
• Receive, enter and generate customer orders in the system in an efficient manner
• Work in conjunction with and provide support to Account Managers Provide accurate quotations, pricing and availability to customers as required
• Expedite and follow-up on orders and back orders
• Process customer credits (defectives products, etc.) in a timely manner
• Provide back up to Counter Sales staff, as required

What you bring to the table

• Post-secondary education from an Electrical related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in Sales (Electrical industry preferred)
• Must have a proven track record Must have the personality and drive to sell and succeed
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
