Job description

As a Contract Territory Manager in Ottawa/Kingston, you will represent Kellanova to some of the world's most respected retail operations. This 12-month contract role offers an opportunity to utilize your consulting and selling skills to achieve immediate wins and foster long-term customer partnerships across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving Kellanova’s Retail Presence: Collaborate with retail partners to understand their business strategies and targets. Drive distribution, shelf speed, and display objectives, and identify opportunities for shelf share growth through relines and innovative ideas.
2. Promotional Execution: Ensure timely execution of promotions and shelf objectives, maintaining planogram compliance. Work closely with your Retail Team Lead to meet strategic goals.
3. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration with the Retail Team, and develop plans for future success.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Kellanova Brand and ability to leverage it with customers and consumers.
• Post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Client-focused with strong sales aptitude, credibility, and trust-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license; willingness to travel 35% of the time.
