Job summary

Swim Recruiting is seeking a Program Manager for a 6-month contract in Vancouver. The role focuses on leading project management, coordination, and execution across a workforce management system replatform, with an emphasis on influence and momentum across Org Design and Change Management.

The position offers on-site work in downtown Vancouver with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office) and compensation between $70-80 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in technology implementation or transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scheduling, RAID logs, status reporting).
• Comfortable learning new business areas and systems (e.g., WFM technology).
• Solid communication skills for updates and materials to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, coordination, and execution across a workforce management system replatform.
• Collaborate with Operating Model, Org Design, Change Management, and P&C teams.
• Influence decision-making and mitigate risks across a high-visibility program.
