Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an analytical Insights Analyst to transform data into actionable business insights and support dashboard development, automation, and cross-functional analytics projects. This role partners with multiple business functions and acts as an internal analytics consultant.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and can communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders across marketing, customer experience, pricing, operations, and revenue

Qualifications

• Strong SQL experience (#1 technical requirement).
• Experience performing data analysis and generating business insights.

This individual will help transform data into meaningful business insights while supporting dashboard development, automation initiatives, and cross-functional analytics projects.

Job Overview

This Insights Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, developing dashboards, automating manual reporting processes, and providing actionable recommendations that help drive business decisions.

The team supports a wide variety of business functions including customer experience, marketing, collections, pricing, operations, and revenue analytics. Unlike a traditional reporting-focused analyst role, this position requires someone who can connect data points across multiple business areas and translate findings into meaningful business outcomes.

The successful candidate will help address an existing analytics backlog, improve reporting efficiency, automate manual processes, and support ongoing business initiatives through data-driven insights.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, working across multiple stakeholders, and acting as a bridge between technical analysis and business decision-making.
