Job summary

Konrad is seeking a Specialist, Digital with a focus on Data Analytics to support client engagements across our digital team. You will develop analytics solutions, dashboards, and KPI tracking to help clients understand data and drive informed decisions.

You will collaborate with senior analysts, data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, gaining exposure to digital product development and UX/CX as part of a broader consulting practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or BI roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and at least one of R or Bash.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Databricks/Redshift/BigQuery).
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and metrics.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and causal analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

About The Role

This role sits on our Digital team, where your internal title will be Specialist, Digital, working primarily in a data analytics capacity across client engagements.

As a Specialist, Digital focused on Data Analytics, you are an early-to-mid career data professional with a strong foundation in analysis and a desire to grow both your technical and consulting skill set. Leveraging your analytics background, you will support the delivery of digital products for our clients through analytics and reporting solutions that help organizations better understand their data and make informed decisions.

In addition to your analytics work, you will gain exposure to broader areas of digital consulting, including digital product development, digital transformation, and user experience (UX/CX). You are interested in understanding how data supports product decisions, customer experiences, and overall business strategy.

You will work closely with senior analysts, data scientists, engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders across a variety of client engagements. With guidance and mentorship, you will contribute to analytics initiatives including dashboarding, exploratory analysis, KPI tracking, and data quality validation, while also building broader consulting skills across areas such as project management, user experience, and design thinking.

You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve your analytical and consulting capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Support client and internal teams in understanding business questions and translating them into analytical requirements
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights under the guidance of senior team membersBuild and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
• Assist in documenting metrics, definitions, and analytics processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or analytics-focused role
• Programming experience in Python, Bash scripting, R or related language
• Working proficiency in SQL and experience querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Foundational understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and metrics
• A/B testing and causal analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
• Interest in learning about data governance, privacy, and security best practices

The estimated compensation for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
