Job summary

Core-Mark International in Milton, Canada, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales and profitability for assigned accounts. You will handle order taking and processing, maintain pricing within guidelines, and monitor accounts receivable to support the broader Sales team.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, with start date TBD and end date August 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• High School or GED certificate.
• 1–3 years field sales or inside sales/customer service experience.
• Energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables.
• Ability to perform detailed data entry work accurately and efficiently within deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and typing.

• Account penetration and product presentations.

Position Details

• $20.00 / hour starting
• Shift: Monday to Friday, start time TBD
• Start Date: TBD

Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for the sales and profitability growth of specific accounts in an assigned ledger which includes order taking, order processing, order guide maintenance, pricing maintenance within guidelines set by the sales manager, accounts receivable monitoring of assigned accounts. You are a team member of the broader Sales team and will perform duties as assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities

• Profitable growth of assigned customers; increasing line item penetration, gross profit dollars, per drop increases and overall increase in customer base.
• Responsible for account penetration and product presentations
• Presentation of ongoing promotions to accounts
• Responsible for customer/account issue resolution and providing exceptional service
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
