Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Rutherford, ON is seeking an experienced Centre Leader to assist the Centre Director in operating the centre, including staff recruitment, policy implementation, child safety, licensing, and staff development. You will ensure classroom objectives are understood and adhered to, while handling payroll and communications.

The role requires a valid RECE in good standing, CPR/First Aid, and at least two years of RECE experience; Montessori training is a plus.

Qualifications

• RECE in good standing with Ontario College of ECE.
• Must meet province licensing requirements for childcare.
• Up to date immunization and health assessment per local MOH.
• CPR/First Aid certificate.
• At least two years of RECE experience; Montessori training is a major asset.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

Requirements
