Our Construction Phase Services group, located in Markham, Whitby, Toronto, and Mississauga, is seeking a Contract Administrator to work on Highway, Road, and Bridge construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Contract administration of civil provincial and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Daily liaison with Project Managers, designers, field inspectors, contractors, and clients.
• Managing staff and departmental initiatives with the Construction Administration Project Management team.
• Developing project policies related to quality, safety, environment, and ethics.
• Supervising and directing field staff.
• Conducting constructability reviews on Highway and Bridge projects.
• Engaging with clients for future construction opportunities.

Qualifications:

• OACETT ‘rcca’ or P.Eng. designation.
• At least 10 years’ experience in Civil Engineering Infrastructure, focusing on Highway and Bridge construction.
• Experience as a Contract Administrator on projects valued over $10 million.
• Skills in estimating schedules, quantities, costs, progress payments, change orders, and leading site meetings.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
