Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, especially AP & GL modules.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience with GL accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Ability to analyze transactions, investigate variances, and resolve issues.

• Provide operational coverage for accounting and compliance activities during NetSuite ERP reimplementation.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze general ledger reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with intercompany revenue accruals and settlement activities.
• Process purchase requisitions in NetSuite and validate vendor invoices.
• Support internal and external audit activities with documentation.
• Coordinate responses to external service providers and government surveys.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate accounting processes.
