Job summary

TRAFFIX, a Third-Party Logistics leader with over 40 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a 15-month contract in Canada. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and managing day-to-day operations for assigned accounts.

The Account Manager will handle customer service, issue resolution, and end-to-end order processing, coordinating with shipping, Bond Team, and stakeholders to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Account Manager in a 3PL.
• Experience working with freight forwarders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive with a sales mentality and ability to drive upsell.
• Excellent communication with employees, carriers, drivers, and customers.
• Strong knowledge of North American trucking regulations and geography.
• Ability to analyze potential problems and proactively address them.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with assigned TRAFFIX customers.
• Provide status updates to customers and/or sales when requested.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to track pickup, in-transit updates and deliveries.
• Manage in-transit delays to minimize impact on customers.
• Collaborate with Bond Team when TRAFFIX Continuous Bond is in use.
• Identify potential problems and provide solutions.
