Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication between the accounts team and the client.
• Support the delivery of creative assets across projects.
• Schedule meetings, send invites, and prepare agendas.
• Take detailed notes during meetings and circulate clear summaries with action items.
• Help keep projects on track by coordinating timelines and next steps.
