Job summary

Olymel in Cornwall, Ontario is seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to lead and support improvement initiatives across sites, driving sustainable performance and embedding best practices within operations.

You will train and coach teams in DMAIC and lean principles, coordinate cross-functional Kaizen efforts, and guide project phases from planning through execution to deliver measurable gains.

Qualifications

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, Kaizen) is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and training skills to empower teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Lead and support the implementation and sustainability of continuous improvement programs.
• Identify opportunities and integrate best practices into daily operations.
