Job summary

AAA Canada Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Agent to support the Airbus Operating System (AOS) at the Mirabel site. You will help implement AOS tools like Chronos, transfer knowledge to managers and teams, and coach daily routines to improve workstation performance.

The role requires 2–5 years in operations or continuous improvement, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and bilingual (French and English). This is an on-site position in Mirabel, QC with growth opportunities in aerospace projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related program.
• 2–5 years of operations experience in a management or continuous improvement role.
• Ability to influence with first and second-level managers.
• Clear coaching interest and capability.
• Affinity for the shop floor and hands-on improvement work.
• Flexible schedule to coach day and evening routines.
• Bilingual French and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the AOS lead in implementing AOS tools and standards (Chronos).
• Ensure transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors, and teams.
• Coach daily routines to respect the plan and improve workstation performance.
• Support progression of AOS maturity and workstation performance analysis.
• Be the local contact for AOS standards and Chronos improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the sector's AOS lead in implementing AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (an application for tracking aircraft progress and capturing deviations (NVA));
• Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors, and natural teams;
• Coach daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving workstation performance;
• Support the progression of AOS maturity;
• Support workstation performance analysis;
• Be the local contact for AOS standards;
• Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.

Profile sought

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program;
• You have between 2 and 5 years of operations experience in a management or continuous improvement role;
• You know how to demonstrate influence with first and second-level managers;
• You have a marked interest in coaching;
• You have an affinity for the shop floor;
• You have schedule flexibility to coach day and evening routines;
• You are bilingual (French and English).
