iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As a Reward & Performance Analyst VIE, you will work with senior leaders on compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs, supporting regional and global initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support administration of annual compensation programs (e.g., stock, pay equity).
• Lead or support regional market pricing initiatives.
• Assist with pay range analysis and compensation reviews.
• Conduct job evaluations with the People Excellence COE.
• Support training and upskilling on reward topics.
• Administer Canada healthcare and retirement benefits, manage vendor relationships.
• Analyze processes for efficiency improvements.
• Partner with vendors and COE to resolve benefit escalations.
• Handle pension contributions and benefits administration.
• Assist with annual benefits enrollment and fairs.

Experience & Skills

• International experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Workday.
• Strong communication, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Results-oriented with good multitasking abilities.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Team player capable of autonomous work.
• Interest in social media and communication.
