Job Description

As a Content Marketing Specialist at Vention, you will play a key role in evolving and strengthening Vention’s brand presence, thought leadership, and demand generation across the manufacturing and industrial automation ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for a writer who enjoys learning about robotics, machine automation, and industrial software while developing a broad portfolio of B2B content formats – from technical blogs and whitepapers to campaign emails, web content, and event materials.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute the content roadmap in support of marketing initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, and new market development.
  • Write clear, engaging content that explains industrial automation technologies and their business impact.
  • Produce a wide range of content including blogs, web and landing page copy, email campaigns, whitepapers, eBooks, buyer’s guides, case studies, webinar decks, and event collateral.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, compelling narratives for engineers, manufacturing professionals, and business decision‑makers.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, engineering, sales, and demand generation teams to develop accurate, high‑impact content.
  • Support campaign launches by creating supporting assets across channels including web, email, social media, and events.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging guidelines, and audience needs.
  • Maintain and optimize existing content to improve engagement, SEO performance, and conversion.
  • Contribute to the content calendar and support social media initiatives, including community engagement and content promotion.
  • Maintain content assets in the CMS and track content performance metrics to inform future improvements.
  • Stay current on trends in manufacturing, robotics, industrial automation, and AI‑driven systems.
