• Support team members in troubleshooting mechanical or process‑related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing integration and warehouse processes.
• Update internal systems with assembly details to ensure accurate tracking.

Job Description

As a Team Lead Mechanical Assembly, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our Mechanical Assembly team in the fast‑paced Operations department. You’ll oversee the assembly of high‑quality sub‑assemblies and productized applications while guiding the team to deliver work that meets our standards of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the mechanical assembly team to meet production goals and uphold Vention’s high standards.
• Assemble a variety of components, from simple to complex, including palletizers, conveyors, robot cells, machine‑tending applications, and safety enclosures based on engineering instructions.
• Build and integrate automation components to complete custom automation designs.
• Conduct quality control checks before shipping to ensure all products meet Vention's high standards.
