Manage the content ideation process, content pitches, and editorial calendar

Write exceptional content as part of a cross-functional marketing team for a variety of stakeholders and audiences

Interpret technical information and translate into content that is accessible to a business audience while maintaining accuracy

Create emotional connections between our brand and our customers through powerful storytelling

Collaborate with the Marketing team, other departments, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to research and write content

Achieve established goals and leverage defined KPIs to determine the effectiveness of content assets

Review content KPIs and develop recommendations for improvements

Research, monitor, and stay informed on topics and current business issues related to Riva’s products and clients, and present new content ideas or refresh content in response to market changes

Research and leverage new content marketing tactics and strategies

Assist in developing and ensuring consistent application of the content development and quality assurance processes

Develop and enforce Riva’s corporate brand style guide and voice, including consistency of tone in writing styles by channel and audience

Ensure consistency in messaging and branding throughout content and communications channels

Work with and manage external service providers, such as agencies and freelance writers, as required

Additional duties and projects as assigned
