LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Content Lawyer (Corporate and Private M&A): Practical Guidance to develop practical legal content for Canadian professionals. You will write, review, and maintain notes, precedents, and checklists within a cross‑functional team while monitoring market trends and content currency.

The role emphasizes legal excellence, collaboration with practitioners across Canada, the US and the UK, and the use of AI tools to improve outputs.

Qualificações

• J.D./LL.B. and member in good standing of a Canadian bar.
• 3+ years in Capital Markets, Securities and Private M&A.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets, Securities and Private M&A law.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience drafting or editing client materials or legal content.
• Proficiency with MS Office; organized and detail‑oriented.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools in professional workflows.
• French language is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Write, review and edit practice notes, checklists, precedents and other materials.
• Ensure currency and relevancy of materials in the product.
• Monitor legal trends and product competitiveness.
• Develop relationships with Canadian practitioners and firms.
• Contribute to content strategy and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Support sales and marketing with demonstrations and trainings.
• Maintain relationships with LexisNexis stakeholders in Canada, the US and the UK.
