What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Chapter Lead for Adoption and Accessibility within the Experience Design Chapter Area, the Consultant supports the delivery of new applications and features by developing WalkMe in-app guidance that supports digital adoption, communications and training for banking centre applications. The Consultant is responsible for helping the business as a whole drive user adoption and communicate new features. They’ll work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including product owners and Training and Development to create and execute a holistic strategy with a strong focus on user experience.
