MNP is seeking a Farm Management Consulting Consultant in Canada, Alberta, Red Deer. You will guide engagements in the Agricultural sector, planning, analyzing and delivering actionable strategies to improve client performance.

You will work with stakeholders, prepare proposals and deliverables, and contribute to business development while traveling as needed. The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration and problem solving to drive sustainable competitive advantages for mid-market

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, agriculture or related field.
• 2–3 years of consulting experience, ideally in client-service or agricultural environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements across various service lines and niches mainly in the Agricultural sector.
• Execute business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, program redesign, financial analysis and other forms of management consulting.
• Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys.
• Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and develop.
• Design and develop high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence.
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals.
• Work collaboratively with the client engagement team.
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.

Skillsand Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, agriculture or other related field
• 2 to 3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service or agricultural environment
• Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset
• Experience in project management is considered an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
