Job summary

MNP in Canada is seeking an Analyst within Consulting to deliver analysis, strategy and action planning for clients. You’ll support engagements from proposal to delivery, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and contribute to high‑quality reports and presentations.

Travel to client sites may be required and you’ll grow through training and mentoring in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial culture. You will work with cross‑functional teams to balance current needs with future goals and help

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, project management or other combination of advanced post-secondary training and relevant professional experience is an asset
• Previous work experience in a consulting and/or professional services environment is an asset

Responsibilities

• Assist in the proposal, planning and implementation of consulting engagements
• Perform detailed work involving research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
• Perform financial modeling, business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program reviews, program redesigns and other forms of management consulting
• Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, slide decks and correspondence
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems
• Coordinate workflow and perform tasks related to proposal creation, production and delivery
• Attend internal MNP courses to further develop consulting knowledge
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
