Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, project management or related field.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the proposal, planning and implementation of consulting engagements.
• Perform detailed research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Perform financial modeling, business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program reviews, program redesigns and other forms of management consulting.
• Support the design, development, formatting and proofreading of high-quality professional reports, proposals, slide decks and correspondence.
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systems.
• Coordinate workflow and perform tasks related to proposal creation, production and delivery.
• Attend internal MNP courses to further develop consulting knowledge.
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skills and Experience

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, project management or other combination of advanced post-secondary training and relevant professional experience is an asset
• Previous work experience in a consulting and/or professional services environment is an asset
