ADP is hiring a TLM Consultant.

In this role, you as a TLM Consultant are responsible for resolving software and hardware questions for clients using Time and Labor Management products. You provide solutions to meet client needs, automating time and attendance calculations for payroll production.

The TLM Consultant configures and optimizes the Time and Labor Management interfaces and serves as an expert within the Time and Attendance domain.

  • You will engage with clients to truly understand their product challenges and related needs; solve such challenges while building long‑term trust.
  • Be a team player who seeks to understand the business and asks questions to other members of the team, sales, and client service partners to bring resolution to client requests.
  • Follow call handling best practices to deliver exceptional service.
  • Adhere to our 3‑2 hybrid work model.
  • Achieve call metrics as determined by the business unit.
  • Resolve Time and Attendance software and hardware related questions.
To succeed in this role – Requirements:
  • Bilingual: French & English
