Job summary
Elite Formwork Inc. in Canada is hiring construction laborers to support high-rise building projects at various sites in the Kelowna area. The role requires on-site work, physical stamina and attention to safety on busy construction sites.
You will load and transport materials, erect and dismantle forms and scaffolding, and assist with concrete pours and housekeeping. Experience with concrete vibrators and hand tools is a plus; no formal degree is required.
Qualifications
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- On site work only.
- No degree required.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload and transport construction materials.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades.
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials.
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
