Connexa Group in Fort McMurray, AB, seeks a Construction Survey Party Chief to lead a field crew across Western Canada. You’ll direct layout, control surveys, mentor assistants and maintain precise field notes while upholding safety standards in all weather. Travel rotations up to 21 days are required.

Ideally you hold a geomatics diploma or degree and have experience leading a construction survey team on industrial sites, with strong communication skills and a proactive, growth‑driven mindset.

We're looking for a Construction Survey Party Chief in Fort McMurray, AB to lead one of our construction survey crews. Ideally, you have construction survey experience and want to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.

The Work:

• Lead construction surveys across Western Canada, including layout of facilities, piles and grading
• Run precise layout and control surveys
• Mentor and guide survey assistants on your crew
• Keep clear, accurate field notes, records and calculations
• Follow safety protocols and set the standard for your crew
• Work outdoors in all seasons and weather
• Travel for field rotations of up to 21 days
