Connexa Group in Calgary, AB is seeking a Survey Party Chief to lead field crews on municipal and construction projects. You will be responsible for precise layout, control surveys, and maintaining accurate field records while mentoring your team in a dynamic outdoor environment.

The role requires a geomatics diploma or degree and proven leadership on survey crews, with strong communication skills and experience on industrial sites. Relocation or travel may be involved to support project needs.

• Follow safety protocols and set the standard for your crew.
• Work outdoors in all seasons and weather.

We're looking for a Survey Party Chief in Calgary, AB to lead one of our construction and municipal survey crews. Ideally, you have experience in both sectors and want to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company.

The Work:

• Lead field work for legal surveys, including subdivisions, condominiums, development permit applications and Real Property Reports
