Job summary

BW Gold, a subsidiary of Artemis Gold Inc, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Blackwater project. The role involves safety leadership, data compilation from contractors, and strict handling of confidential files.

The position requires 3–5 years in admin, strong MS Office and ERP skills, and the ability to work on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation at a remote camp. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience in mining, construction, or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Pronto or similar ERP system experience preferred.
  • Ability to work at a remote location camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Be a safety leader and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate effective safety leadership by enforcing BW Gold’s safety standards, procedures, and systems.
  • Compile, input, and file data from contractors (shift reports, NOEs, Change Notices, PODs, etc.).
  • Set up and maintain effective filing systems organizing categories and data.
  • Take minutes at meetings and distribute to the plant construction team.
  • Prepare, maintain, and safeguard the confidentiality of office files.
  • Ensure all communication documents are formatted correctly, have proper attachments and are free of errors.
  • Generate purchase requisitions.
  • Order office supplies for the plant construction team.
  • Perform other clerical duties as required.
  • May be required to maintain a clean-shaven appearance to ensure PPE usage.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate effective safety leadership by addressing and enforcing BW Goldssafety standards, procedures, and safety systems.
  • Compiling, inputting, and filing data collected from the contractors (shift reports,LEMS, NOEs, Change Notices, PODs and other required project related information).
  • Set up and maintain effective filing systems organizing categories and data.
  • Take minutes at meetings and distribute to the plant construction team.
  • Prepare, maintain, and safeguard the confidentiality of office files.
  • Ensure all communication documents are formatted correctly, have properattachments and spelling, punctuation, and grammar are correct.
  • Generate purchase requisitions.
  • Ordering office supplies and consumables for plant construction team.
  • Other clerical duties as required.
  • May be required to maintain a clean-shaven appearance (i.e. no facial hair) to ensure the safe and effective use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) associated with assigned duties.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally in mining, construction, or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Team player with the ability to focus on instructions and complete tasks in a safe and timely manner.
  • Ability to work at a remote location camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation

  • Comfortable working and living in close quarters with the team

  • Ability to maintain high levels of performance over 12-hour shift

  • Be a safety leader and respect the traditional territories and culture of the Indigenous communities which host the project site.
