Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead execution on Ontario sites, coordinating General Forepersons, subcontractors and internal crews. You will drive daily performance with safety, cost, and schedule in mind.

This role requires 12–15 years in utility/construction leadership, a construction-related diploma or degree, and travel to project sites across Ontario.

Competenze

• 12–15 years in utility or infrastructure construction with leadership across disciplines.
• Experience moving from superintendent-level to broader site oversight.
• Strong knowledge of safety, QA/QC, and field controls.
• Valid driver’s license and construction-related certification.

Mansioni

• Oversee execution across scopes, coordinating with General Forepersons, subcontractors and crews.
• Coordinate short-term and mid-range plans with project schedules and client expectations.
• Support workforce planning, crew alignment and site staging.
• Ensure safety management system is applied consistently across fronts.
• Coordinate with QA/QC on inspections, turnover, and documentation.
• Monitor productivity and progress, and coach field leaders.
