About the role:

The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to identify and address risk areas to maintain worker safety. The role requires experience in communicating project milestones with clients and other stakeholders, and establishing timelines for project completion.

Who You Are:

• Possess 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in restaurant, retail, commercial, or industrial new building construction and site development.
• Comfortable working with tools such as hammers and drills.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
• Prepare schedules, work progress reports, and other documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Coordinate trades and materials scheduling with project managers.
• Monitor progress on site and maintain constant communication with project managers to keep the schedule on track.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies promptly, which may include performing minor repairs to ensure issues are addressed.
• Take responsibility for your successes and failures.
• Commit to delivering excellence.
• Find solutions to obstacles that hinder progress.
• Be a forward thinker and resilient in overcoming challenges.
