About the role:

The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee the entire operation of the construction site. They should identify and address risks to ensure worker safety. The role requires experience in communicating project milestones with clients and other stakeholders, and establishing a timeline for project completion.

Who You Are:

• Possess 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in restaurant, retail, commercial, or industrial construction and site development
• Comfortable working with tools like hammers and drills
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and regulations
• Prepare schedules, work progress reports, and other documentation
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
• Coordinate trades and materials scheduling with project managers
• Monitor site progress and communicate with project managers to keep schedules on track
• Address deficiencies promptly, performing minor repairs as needed
• Take responsibility for your successes and failures
• Find solutions to obstacles that hinder progress
• Be a forward thinker and resilient in overcoming challenges
