Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a construction environment; commercial roofing experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Manage service and production roofing operations.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, and field teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor safety, quality, progress, and resolve jobsite challenges.
• Review work orders, service requests, and project documentation.
• Assist with manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Coach and mentor field crews.
• Support emergency service operations and on-call requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Flynn's safety and quality standards.
• Spend approximately 50% of your time in the field and 50% in the office.

A Day in the Life

• Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and schedules
