The Ideal Candidate:

A seasoned, organized, professional with leadership skills who is currently a Construction Site Superintendent or a foreman seeking the next challenge. Gold Seal, COR experience, and/or trade designation are assets. You are detail-oriented, dependable, a team player, and a leader others want to follow. You enjoy working in a team setting, balancing priorities, and are eager to take responsibility for all aspects of the construction site, including scheduling, safety, planning, risk assessment, quality control, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Project Manager and project team to oversee construction from mobilization to completion.
• Manage project schedule and strive to improve efficiencies.
• Oversee daily construction activities.
• Ensure work safety and compliance with safety programs.
• Open and secure the job site at the beginning and end of each day.
• Complete daily journal entries and project records using construction software.
• Lead weekly site foreman meetings.
• Perform daily site walks and quality control checks.
• Review project drawings and scope of work with subcontractors.
• Maintain a 2-4 week lookahead schedule on whiteboards.
• Manage and complete punch lists.
• Contribute to improving company systems.
• Be prepared to assume a carpentry foreman role when required.
