Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
- Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
- Plan and manage budgets.
- Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms.
- Lead sales team in building relationships with clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
- Enforce government acts and regulations.
