Job summary

Placements24 seeks a proactive Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on Kimberley construction projects. You will manage crews, coordinate tasks with site managers and subcontractors, and ensure work progresses per plans while upholding safety and quality.

Ideal candidates will have proven supervisory experience, strong knowledge of construction processes and safety procedures, and excellent leadership and communication skills to drive site performance and report progress

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety procedures.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Manage and direct daily tasks for construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow.
Enforce strict health and safety regulations on the construction site.
Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used, reporting any defects or non-compliance.
Coordinate with the project manager regarding site logistics, material requirements, and progress updates.
Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
