Job summary

Amrize North America is seeking a Field Operations Superintendent to lead safety initiatives across our Asphalt, Paving, Construction, Civil and Infrastructure businesses. You will work with project teams, supervisors and frontline workers to embed processes into our management system, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

With 10+ years in health and safety or construction operations, you will coach teams, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement while balancing safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in occupational health and safety or construction operations.
• CIH/ROH/CSP or CRSP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, SAP and SiteDocs for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture initiatives across Asphalt, Paving, Construction, Civil and Infrastructure operations.
• Strengthen safety management systems with practical field solutions.
• Partner with project teams to identify risks and implement controls.
• Drive continuous improvement through incident analysis and corrective actions.
• Balance safety requirements with project delivery and field operations.
