Matheson Constructors is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cost control, scheduling, documentation, and project reporting. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will help ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Previous coordination/project support experience in a mid-to-large general contracting environment is an asset.
• Familiarity with construction workflows, documentation, and contract administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery by assisting with cost control, scheduling, documentation, and project reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and ensure contract alignment.
• Maintain organized project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with field staff, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on track.
