Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. seeks an IT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of technology initiatives, tracking schedules, maintaining project docs, and coordinating cross-functional communication.

The role involves organizing meetings, managing risks, and coordinating software/hardware resources with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring smooth project progress and governance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tracking: Assist in building and updating detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project dashboards, meeting minutes, status reports, and essential documentation.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between team members, technical staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Meeting Logistics: Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on assigned action items.
• Risk & Issue Monitoring: Track project risks or bottlenecks and elevate blockers to the Project Manager.
• Resource & Vendor Support: Help coordinate software/hardware resources, purchase orders, and procurement processes.
