Giusti Group of Companies in Calgary is seeking an organized, results-driven Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role coordinates teams, schedules, budgets, documentation, and quality and safety requirements to keep work progressing efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings construction experience, strong project management and time management skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience in construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Related education or experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor milestones, costs, resources, and risks.
• Review blueprints and specifications for planning.
• Assist with estimating, bid preparation, and change orders.
• Maintain project records and communications using CM software.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate project closeout and handoff.
