Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with tenant improvements, office, retail, hospitality, institutional, or commercial projects.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Support procurement, tendering, and risk management.
