Job summary

Major Refrigeration Ltd. in Grimsby, Ontario is seeking a focused Parts Coordinator to support our technicians and office staff. You will source and order parts, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure materials are ready when needed to keep work moving smoothly.

• 1–3 years experience in an Administrative or similar position.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn new skills and software.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 7:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Parts Department/technicians on parts needed.
• Prepare purchase orders, using third party software, and order parts.
• Enter receipts and parts information into software to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure service orders are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
