Job summary

Integra is seeking an on-site Construction Superintendent to coordinate all phases of construction, manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment, and ensure schedule adherence and budget control. This role reports to the DEPCON department in Brampton, Ontario.

The candidate will oversee safety, quality control, and inspections, with strong communication across staff and stakeholders. A bilingual English/Spanish preference is noted in qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Initiate setup of a project schedule including activities and logic.
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, vendors and craftsmen maintaining critical path to ensure timely completion of project / tasks.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors to insure adherence to current drawings/plan and contracted scope of work.
• Assist with review of submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate and handle change orders, RFI’s and material submittals.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
