Responsibilities

1. Coordinate subcontractors' activities
2. Evaluate daily operations
3. Plan and organize daily operations
4. Select trade subcontractors
5. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
6. Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
7. Hire and supervise subcontractors
8. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress
9. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
10. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
11. Operate CADD and other computer software systems
12. Read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
13. Plan and manage budgets
14. Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
15. Develop and implement quality control programs
16. Develop risk management plans
17. Oversee data and information analysis
18. Prepare reports

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 3 to less than 5 years
