Job summary

Summit Search Group in Halifax, NS is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and clear communication with clients, contractors and team members.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, a degree or diploma in a relevant field, and Red Seal, Gold Seal or LEED certifications would be assets. Strong negotiation and leadership skills are essential.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the specific project actions while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within the scope. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge and experience to engage and professionally interact with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
