Summit Search Group is seeking a Project Manager for a Halifax-based role within a leading construction client. You will plan, organize, and direct project actions to keep work on time, on budget, and within scope.

You will collaborate with the Site Superintendent, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure project success in a tight-knit environment.

Qualificações

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience with commercial construction projects.
• Red Seal, Gold Seal and/ or LEED certifications would be considered assets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management, problem solving, and leadership skills.
